How much will I pay?

What sort of contract am I tied into?
We believe in being fair, so our terms and conditions are straightforward. If you ever need to cancel your membership, please give us a two months notice. For one-time cleaning, the contract will be sent upon confirmation email before we will proceed with the scheduled cleaning.
Do I meet my cleaner before the first clean?
To ensure your cleaner is the right fit for your home, we’ll arrange for them to visit you at a convenient time so you can get to know each other. If you have specific cleaning requirements or standards, let us know, and we’ll do our best to provide someone best suited for the job.
What if my cleaner can't make it or is sick?
In any case that the case can’t make, we always ensure that there is someone suitable to cover the job. For the worst-case scenario that everyone is fully booked, then we will contact you.
Can I have an evening or weekend clean?
Of course, we provide thorough cleaning in the evenings and on weekends. However, if your house is in a location where we must hire additional staff to handle the workload at night or on weekends, you may be charged an additional cost.
Will I have to be at home when my cleaner visits?
Our cleaners are professionals with excellent references. They will be happy to hold your house keys and sign a Key Acknowledgement Form for you. However, the choice is still yours to make. You can be at home to supervise them as well.
